Seems hard to prove the interior came in that one originally?

A-Large front base opening,No57 next to Matchbox Series,Without R and small rear window overhang.
B-Smaller front base opening,No57 next to Matchbox Series,Without R and small rear window overhang.
C-Smaller front base opening,No57 below Products,With R and small rear window overhang.
D-Smaller front base opening,No57 below Products,With R and larger rear window overhang.
