Caterham

Today I found a Yellow Caterham , on the side is a transfer with Caterham , but on the front is a transfer with a " 7 " which belongs to Lotus Seven ??? 
Current Matchbox models have no transfers (decals) but are tampo printed.
The type designation "Seven" is currently still in use by Caterham for some of their models.
