I'd go gently first with soapy water and a very long bendy cotton bud.

It has been soaking in malt whiskey for decades so it has matured nicely I would guess.

Changing the subject somewhat, a fine selection of Superfast and some recently acquired regular wheels (eg D-Type Jag with red hubs), will be available courtesy of Moi this Sunday at Shepton Mallet. My last venture out until the NEC on 4th September. You can go back to the fatty deposits now...

Thank's Stephen, I'd rather stick with the models, fatty deposists don't do a lot for me...
After seeing some of them at Sandown, I can reccomend any of them to our members and 'D' Types with Red wheels don't come by that often, so come on members snap this one up before its gone!
