For the bumper, you find a piece of thick modellers plasticard that slots into the exposed area, too thin and you will have to add packing to it so you want a piece that is a snug fit or slightly too thick, then you can shave it down to be a snug fit.

Once you have done this, you can start shaving off surplus plastic on two corners until you start to get them rounded and matching he part of the bumper that is still intact.

Do the same on the last corner near the front wheel and the end result will be a white plastic replacement bumper section, your modelling skills are certainly upto this little task and once finally blended into the remains of the original bumper and painted, ti should look OK.

I have saved your picture and added a block of plastic to simulate the missing section to show you what I am trying to describe.

Thanks Ghosty - this is one way how to repair the bumper.
I thoght about another way by measuring the part I need on the intact side, make a 3D-model and print it on a 3D-printer.
This should work as well - I will try if it doesent work I will do it as you suggested.

found this two models in a toy-shop in Stuttgart today.
The Lone Star Impy is nice with opening doors, hood and trunk + steerable wheels.
It is my first Impy bud shure not the last one.

Examples in displayable condition generally cost less than 1 hour´s average pay - unless its a lot of fun to do this model is most suitable for a scrapyard diorama!
