First step to Kevin.

I will show you the others too, but not in this year, sorry!

I wish you a Merry Christmas!

Thank you Peter for the pictures and what stunning mint examples. The Silver Cloud looking to be a particularly Steel-Silver-Blue version, not very common those, not sure if I actually have one of those...good excuse to get them all out of storage once again to have a look... :D

Thank you mates!

I had today some free time, so I made a compare photo with another Rolls.

Hmm, certainly is different, the most Steel-Silver-Blue I have ever seen. Can we see the baseplate please.

Thank you Peter for the baseplate picture. I have not had a chance to check all my 44A Silver Cloud models to see if I have the same, but will post here when I have.

Looking at my paper notes for this model I have Gloss Black baseplates coming from 1960 with medium Grey wheels and the large axle-end boss on the nearside (the passenger's side), so if yours has the rear lamps painted Red, I would put it as from 1960-61 issue.

If the rear lamps are not painted and only the grille slats are in Silver-not the grille surround, this puts into the post-62 period and further more detailed pictures would be needed to tie it down to a specific date of issue.
