Very nice model Mathias, I have a few different unusual models.
From left to right.
Unpainted no number and incomplete date and unpressed.
Met green no number and incomplete date.
Red with no 8 and an incomplete date.
Standard model unpainted and unpressed.
Yellow one is a non england model but still a nice model. Jason

Thanks Jay, I do have a fairly good one already with a broken hook. But this is the best upgrade I could have wished for, now have
a spare one for a good trade.
This colour base seems to be quite hard to find, I have had hundreds of these canteens over the years and apart from the black wheel version(which is harder to find I feel) these ones come close to the top. I really struggle with the pink/cream models so I have not even gone into them yet.

Great finds Jason, I'm amazed how you keep finding these gems. The canteen is super. I remember seeing George's and Greg's variations but every one I check seems to have a standard blue base
