I am pleased to have secured both 'JAFFA' models for my non Rolls-Royce collection although they are connected to a Models of Yesteryear Rolls-Royce through a Jaffa biscuits promotion.

Just added this nice little 'B' Type London Bus to my Non Rolls-Royce collection via forum member ''tjlglass'' (thanks Tim for the prompt and very reliable service).

Number 2 in the early Models of Yesteryear range this should have a plentiful display of decals front, rear and on the sides but this one has no trace whatsoever of ever having any decals applied. No shadowing or ghosting where they would have been applied so this is as good as a factory error.

Need a Rolls-Royce connection!! Buses of this type served alongside the very first Rolls-Royce Armoured Cars during the early years of the first world war.

Is this the sort of Rolls-Royce Armoured car you mean - no paint as well as no decals?

Similar Sebastian. The Matchbox version as you show is actually based on the 1920 Admiralty Pattern car. The 'Battle Bus' (coined by Hugh above!) was doing service in the early years of the first world war so the Rolls-Royce Armoured Cars in use during this period were 1914 Admiralty Pattern cars which had open spoked wire wheels, taller top turrets, level viewing slots for driver and no air-vents in the protective grille panels at the front.
