Well my visit to the Falkirk Swap meet today was not too bad. I picked up this little lot for 50 pence each from the same vendor. Good value in my opinion. Hope you agree.

Not as good as some of your recent buys Dave. Looks like I will need to have a wee chat with you when I am next at the NEC, see if I can prize some of your recent finds away from youleonty24 wrote:Nice haul Alex makes for a good day when you find items like that at good prices.
Not quite JB but I won’t walk past a bargain when I see one. I love the #66c Greyhound Coach with the clear glazing and the #25c Bedford BP Tanker is nice and clean, so can’t complain.johnboy wrote:Some definite bargains there Alex, I see the regular wheels outnumber the superfast, are you stepping away from the dark side?
Thanks for that info I will check that out for sureDrJeep wrote:Very nice. The Bedford petrol tanker has silver trim, which means it’s an early casting. It might even have the thin cab wall which would be an excellent find!
I think youre right that this has the thin cab wall. See further images.DrJeep wrote:Very nice. The Bedford petrol tanker has silver trim, which means it’s an early casting. It might even have the thin cab wall which would be an excellent find!
