You know, we all know Matchbox Marty down there in Strayla.
I think his restorations are very, very good.

Now there is a guy from Poland challenging him. Paul Restorer.
Paul is vastly superior to Marty when it comes to tongue in cheek craftsmanship.
But he then uses Molotov chrome pens to finish his extraordinary work.
I tried it before he did and immediately stopped it again.
It's way too shiny and just looks wrong.
They used silver paint back then, so that's what you should use now.

Where do you get these Molotove chrome pens I could use one for my code3s? I've got a bit of time on my hands. :)

I have just had delivered from ebay a fine tipped silver paint loaded Sharpie for my customer commissions. A great way to add silver trim to bumpers etc.

I bought mine on eBay.
I also use silver sharpies for my chrome trim and headlights etc.

Aahh Molotov pen is an actual thing..I never heard of that one...Just checked it and ended up on a Russian porn site but no worries it kept me viewing for 5 minuets...Be careful there folks....Bit dear I thought will go for the Sharpie pen....... :oops:
