Yes, I think the Lady with her arm in the air is Lady Margarita, the gentleman with the walking stick is my great uncle Frederick, the chap right at the back with the moustache is Count Columbus the Third and the young lad at the front looks like one of my brothers, not sure which one, is it Joshua or Cillas, erm, no cant quite see, never mind, why are they all waiting to make a phone call, they all have their own mobiles!

Re: Phone booth ?
Johnboy, in an earlier post you showed a plastic phone box with it's door open, we didn't identify it did we, so here is another plastic version, with opening door, but this is in fact from a little later than yours...
'MERIT' produced the little plastic phone box as part of a vast range of OO/HO model railway accessories introduced in the late 1950's. During 1981, the bulk of the 'MERIT' company was being split-up and sold off to other companies and PECO in Devon purchased most of the railway accessories range.
Your phone box with the interior detail looks like it is the 'MERIT' version, the one I have shown here is the 'PECO' version without detail but still with the little phone and stand in place and the bottom edge has PECO moulded onto the surface.
