I picked up this very nice example of the metallic lime green #45 Ford Group 6 with grey base at Falkirk last month.

I was very happy to find this #44 Boss Mustang with the harder to find smooth engine covers and in minty condition. :D :D

I hope your house-move went well MM and now settling in.Some nice surprises u posted here today which means this Boy had been busy lately :D .
I particularly like the Boss Mustang with smooth engine bay and feel that these are much less common than the #10 Piston Popper with smooth engine bay and early "Superfast" base or am i wrong.
Enjoy! :D

The #10 Piston Popper with the pre pro 'Superfast' base is much rarer Numi, imho. :D

U could be right MM but could also be a location or luck thing as i had 3x Piston Poppers with the early SF base pass my hands but none of the Boss Mustangs with smooth engine bays

From my experience I agree with Al that the Piston Popper with SF base is harder to find than the smooth engine Boss Mustang and as such commands a higher price, although the Boss Mustang is a hard to find piece anyway.

Another model i picked up recently, this was a treat to myself with some birthday money i had and i was delighted to get this extremely rare SF#53 Ford Zodiac in metallic blue. These are so tough to find and this one is in superb condition so i couldn't let this one pass me by.

I honestly thought i would not get one of these in my collection as they do attract lots of bucks when they come up for sale, so i was delighted to acquire this from a friend and extremely well respected Matchbox guru (who shall remain nameless) :D
