That's nice mm. I think these are a little underrated, but they're a good looking model.

Ghosthunter.
Thanks guys. Do you know this was a favourite model of mine, and it had quite a bit of play value as a kid filling the spreader with sand in the back garden. I suppose that is why so many play worn examples exist.

Dear Alex, Motorman (over 50 years old now), it is nice to learn that you are very happy with you latest find(s).
I congratulate you on this addition to your presumably quality and vast collection.
Don't shoot me for having no knowledge about Superfast Matchbox model cars, so I cannot comment on rarity, details or whatever.
As you might know I am more the regular guy.
Cheers,
Gerrit.

Thanks Gerrit, maybe with some persuasion you may also join the ranks of those who have recently began to appreciate the wonders of collecting "SUPERFAST"

I have not posted many new finds of late because i have been a bit busy with a house move. Anyway that didn't stop me picking up the odd piece here and there including a few real crackers (i will save those for later), here are a few neat finds i especially love the pink #8 with the unpainted base, which is quite hard to find in this condition, enjoy!

A nice #14 Grifo, these are a bugger to find without paint chips to the front edge of the bonnet, (Hood for my American friends!!)

Those look like early wheels to me.

Hugh, this one has a mixture of solid 11 x 2 wheels to front and hollow 11 x 2 to rear. It is not uncommon to find the #14 with a combination of solid and hollow wheels.
