Latest additions, I've been on a roll with the Police castings 8-)

I've got another Made in China issue, so I now have two of these usually harder to find than the Macau ones ;)

And yet another Macau issue, I got this one because it had the stripes correctly positioned, which means I have 5 Macau issues with perfect stripes (as I missed atleast dozen of these as some had incorrectly printed stripes):

For final, I've finally secured a HTF issue with BLACK interior, I'm very happy with this one as it's not in absolutely mint condition, with paint chips etc, which means I can take it apart at some point to get the black interior out ;)

Can't wait to see what is going to pop up on eBay next.. sadly I was not able to get the silver pre-pro Graham (Rockertron) posted few weeks ago, but instead of that I scored another yellow HTF issue, so I'm very happy :P

This one was being sold by a Bulgarian on eBay. So I just had to go and get it :P

I have recently been into the 'Superfast Casting Show' to look at the #8 Rover 3500 pictures and disappointed at how slow it was to scroll up and down the screen.
I believe it is to do with some of the large images with their large file size. I am hoping to delete those, resize and repost them and see if that cures it, so, sorry to you Rover fans having trouble looking at them as they are, please bear with me, I am working on it.

I think I have secured most of these pics on my PC. Soon I will start documenting my Rover 3500 collection, so I can take new pics of the variations :)

And now for something new :)

The extremely rare Maltese Cross wheel variation :D Complete with an error - the sunroof is flipped over! This one, to my great surprise, Iwas able to find in Russia))

Only the second mint variation with dark tan interior I have so far, the other one is playworn. Very happy!

Another dark bronze one with cream interior.

Hello RacingFreak, It's been a bit quiet here lately, I have nothing to report and slowly trying to get all my Matchbox models together in one place at my Father's house, then I can look at what Bulgarian Silver Shadow colours I am missing and let you know. I don't have any Rover news for you, but have a dealer friend who is on the lookout for Rovers for me and if they are not wanted by us, he can just keep them as stock on his table at toy fairs.

A nice factory oops! you have got there with the sun roof fitted upside down! I have a Greek plastic Bentley 'Continental' (a copy of the Corgi Toys version), with the glazing fitted back to front so the windscreen is now the rear window...

Something I picked-up on my travels was this nice model, but cut-up box 'Police' Rover.

Looks good from this angle...

...but the rear has had a token or something removed.
Rover 3.JPG

The model is absolutely mint.

The rear seems to be completely smooth without the cast bar or tool ware.

MADE IN MACAU baseplate.

It's a tough one. This example is the only one I've owned but I am aware of a few others. Harder to find than the yellow rover but not as exciting :-)
