Well this one isn't really a pairing, but more like a half-ing
#56a trolley bus, with it's upper deck removed. In addition windows were added and for a bit extra play-value, the pole arms
were hinged so that they can be raised and lowered and also pivot.

That looks good too.
How did you make the roof?
The original one is too short isn´t it?

Yes you are correct Stephan, the original roof is indeed too short. I cut the roof at the front, approximately where the rear pillar of the first window, on the left hand side is. The front section of the roof was then epoxied in place and then the rear roof section, and then I made a patch to take up the space, using a bit of scrap metal and smoothing it over with epoxy.

I've come back to look at this custom camper/mini-motorhome many times now. It is one of the most creative things I have seen in a while. It's a really good copy of the prototype too. Really super nice work!

Thanks Joe :)
Things have been a bit slow on the hobby bench as of late, but with the colder weather arriving hope to be spending a bit more time there and perhaps will come up with yet another pairing.

This is absolutely superb and it would not have looked out of place in the Series.

Not a pairing this one, but wanted to keep things in one place here.
