I agree Reg the first image made it look like the engine had lost it's chrome. The further images are very reassuring that all is good with that #19. Can i ask what you paid for it?

£15.50 off ebay didn't think that was too bad as it's the first I have seen for sale

In the back of my mind I do recall something along those lines. By the way did you know the #8 bellow was 20p
Also an outdoor shot of the road dragster which has got some slight sun fading the original colour is just visible under the rear label

I think you mean the #9 AMX Javelin Reg Wow! you got that one cheap. Is it a prepro or colour trial model?

mmmm bit of a fat finger & small key error there
I think its a colour trial , its the same as the one Christian shows as a pre pro but I can see no casting differences , unlike my green/gold #40 guildsman has a smoother base making it a proper pre pro imho

Surely the chrome interior/scoop put it right at the start of production, i.e. too early for colour trails. Therefore it must be a pre-production.

All good finds - I have been looking for a white seats rover for years! Husky purple Aston usually comes with untinted windows,the green tinted windows are made for the green Juniors version but appeared on some late purple issues

New arrivals today for just under £1 each only wanted 2 of them
