Some nice additions here MM,well done! Collectors are not too aware that the gift set models like this #5 Lotus with decals & labels are truly hard to find in mint condition.

Indeed Numi. I was aware of the condition of this #5 that was in Davids collection and with labels that clean i had to make it mine. I was delighted to get it at the recent auction.

Some more of my purchases from Davids Vectis Auction. A #25 Ford Cortina dark blue metallic. A nice #68 Porsche with wide wheels and rare small 5 slot hubs and a #8 Wildcat which was described as rare tangerine colour, it is certainly a dark shade of orange but i am not sure it is tangerine......your thoughts on that one please and whilst i have loads of wildcats in my collection, they are all in storage at present so i can't do any comparison shots.
Of course i have not shown my best buys yet.......all in good time friends!! Thanks for looking.
