I have ventured into the world of RW again. After a bit of negotiation i finally did a deal with the ebay seller, I know that some other members were aware of this for sale but in the abscence of any bids from elsewhere i thought to myself that it was to nice to pass on. This is the harder to find RW#73 Mercury with the "1968 Mercury" baseplate inscription.
This one has the single post on the bonnet interior making it a Nick Jones code 2 variation. In superb condition, i hope you all like!!!

Looks like your dip back into the 'RW' arena has paid off, superb example and the sort of model you get attached to don't sell with the rest of the collection.
