Here are a pair of my Atlas Excavators with "CAT" tempa.
The vari on the left is one I have found only one of. It has the exhaust stack still cast.
I always come across the other version with just the flat disc cast in place.
Both are Lesney - England cast.

Never noticed that before Jason, thanks for posting it. Have you ever found a yellow issue with the gray plastic base (not black). I have never seen one but suspect they are out there.

Hi David,

No, I have never come across that variation of yellow with gray plastic base. But your right to suspect it is out there, leftover pre-painted parts and such on the factory floor.
I have to assume that this yellow one with the exhaust is just leftover castings form the previous red-orange variation.

Please use a web hosting site (like photobucket) to store pictures so you can post them here, using attachments makes it hard to view the pictures when you have to scroll to see them. Seeing comparisons of models is hard to see with attachments too.

Recently added a new box type with Not recommended in the top right corner to the Maserati collection, 2 of them(both models mint inside). Then to top it off a very nice surprise in the top box was the model pictured. Can you guess why?
