My own experience Marcel is that I tried to buy a very rare 45A in red from a very well known at the time Collector/ Seller on E Bay from New Hampshire U.S.A. His price was reasonable, but when I offered cash and also suggested I would be at his house in four hours to pick it up in person, he got very upset. He would not sell me that model at all, and he made it quite clear he would not allow an in hand inspection of it for the 2500 BIN. There were also a couple of other 'rares' he advertised that I had an interest in, but they may have all been well done fakes he would not allow me to see and buy in person. I would not send his $$ without seeing the 'rare' 45A I had bought on E Bay in hand, so he then would not answer me on that or any of his other 'rare' models.
The following week I contacted Baraby, who did 'customs' just as Nik does, and for $30 I have an exact replica with very bad axle ends he purposely left that way for me. This is the reason modelers still sell us Rare models Marcel. We collectors have an interest in settling for some nicely done 'Fillers' in our collections when we have lost faith in finding a reasonably priced 'original'. That 'custom' red Vauxhall looks just as nice on a shelf as Hardy's $10,000 original would. A quality 20A in green is next from Tinman. Sadly, I missed his well-done green 20A 'Filler' just this past week on E Bay. With perhaps 5 or 6 originals known, I will get more display enjoyment out of a filler than an ultra-rare and very expensive original stored and hidden in a safe. kwakers

Report on a UK seller of all fakes of rare Models of Yesteryear models.
Here is the link to all those fakes.
I will report some of them to Ebay individually.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/eageuk1/m.htm ... 7675.l2562

I have reported the following models:
Peugeot with gold roof
PHV with red seats
5 line coke
black chassis Mercedes
yellow roof Smith Cerebos

I hope most of you will do the same.
It takes only a minute per item. I have reported these like this:

Actually Nik the greek has re listed both of these with a full explanation in the description to warn off the bidders on both of these models. I am not sure if this approach will have the effect of messing up Toms sales of these fakes or not. Check out Niks new listings below.
