Hi Linus. I am not sure about an orange red variation. All the red javelins i have seen have been the same shade of red. I would be interested in seeing a comparison picture if you have different shades of the red javelin.
Christian lists them and I think someone told me about that some time ago, too.
Here is the link to Christians picture and I will add the auction picture of mine.

What do you think?

Greetings,

Thanks Linus, for pointing out the shade difference to me, I have not seen any of the orangy red shade variations in the hand personally but the image from Christians site shows a very clear shade difference and therefore that's another variation i will need to acquire :D :D

Hi!
I finally got my red #9 Amx. I think it is normal red instead of orange red...what do you think?
BTW: The metallic dark green is a TP variation, is that correct?

I am sure you understand Linus, it is difficult assessing a colour on a single model on electronic screens. On the laptop I am using at the moment, it looks like Orange-Red, others will no doubt see just a normal Red on their screens. Take it to toy fairs and see what dealers and other collectors say, or better still, try and buy more models in as many Reds as you can find... :D

Thanks Ghosty. Yep I was a bit fast and forget a comparrison shot with other red models
or better still, try and buy more models in as many Reds as you can find... :D
That sounds logically..otherwise this statement would also fit in the 'Joke's' section! :D

Thanks and best regards,
Linus

No thank you Linus for being such a regular contributor to the forum and always showing us some fabulous models (your Lime Green Ford low loader for example), I always wonder what I shall see next when you have posted here.

Best regards,
Kevin.
