Hi Mate,
Always a result when you get what you want for less than you planned! :D Don't happen very often though.
That Warrior is lovely, I wish they'd made the Robertson's van version that was originally planned as well.
Yeah paint it up as a Red / Green, my Red / Green is original, but repainted, I've never seen a good original go for less than 4 figures.
Cheers

Hi Dave,
Some great stuff there! I've got an all red Guy flat too, it looks so good I don't know why they didn't make them that way, especially as at the time BRS had thousands of all red wagons just like this.
The Atlas Warrior is a lovely thing, I wonder if they, or Dan Toys will do the missing tailboard version? That's one I would love to see.
All the best mate,
CW.

Love the Rover and Triumph, looks like they have come from the same previous owner as they are in remarkable condition right down to what appear to be original tyres. These will display very well.

Hey, ghosty, yes the Rover and Triumph are from the same previous owner, I generally find something I like and make a group to save shipping costs. Only very hard to find or really sought after items are sourced singularly.

Just won another pre war 30g caravan, no draw bar, wrong tyres but glad to have picked up a different colour scheme.

Arrivals today were a lot of three all French Military

Char AMX Tank, I have another berliet transporter on its way for this.

And why I bought the three a GMC Covered Wagon, repro tailgate required but at a sane price because of that.

A varied group, predominantly French Dinky make up the last arrivals for 2016.

First the non French Dinky arrivals, I bought a group of 3 Guys for not much money and one of them is the hard to find Brown and Green Version.

Alongside the one I already had.

The other two Guys in the lot are the common colours high sided wagon and tailboard.

Hi Mate,
Merry Xmas!
I don't know why but I really love the French Dinky Aronde, mine is the same colour as yours. I really want the Blue / White 2 tone version. I don't collect French Dinky as such, so the few I have I really wanted. The Pre War Caravans are ace mate, VERY delicate though!

Cheers Mate,

I don't have many French sedans either, the Simca was dusty as and missing two tyres when it arrived.

Hey guys

New Year has started with a bang, got the large group below to kick things off. More photo's when they arrive.

Condition looks pretty good except for the scraper. RAC and AA Minis have rear doors and headboards, racing cars have engine covers and drivers. Coke truck has full load and really good labels. Only obvious downside is Plymouth Fury X 2 don't seem to have hard tops.

Cheers

Dave

Number 127, the Silver Cloud III, number 152, the Phantom V and number 194, the Bentley 'S' series coupe grab my attention first. The Bentley is the less common 'Copper' colouerd version seen mostly in 'Gift Sets', but not only that, you have TWO of them...!!

Be interesting to see which version Phantom V you now have so I look forward to seeing your usual excellent display of pictures of this one... :D
