I remember a sale here by Jeff Sherriff - had stacks of Bulgarians on sale and were going like hot cakes. I only bought the Motorway sets etc and accessories but did well on them as they consisted of the various coloured tracks.

I remember the Garage set very clearly and it's a great one, last time I contacted them they said it's still in stock :)

Got this Bulgarian Rolls Royce Silver Shadow # 24 in the mail today. A bit of a banger, but nevertheless welcome to my collection.

This one has white rear wheel holders. I am told this is extremely rare.

Here's another odd piece - Datsun with two layers paint.

And a near mint trio of Cortina's. Unfortunately the red one is missing it's doors handler :(

And lastly. The BMW 3.0 CSL.

I think the bulgarian models are great in few aspects, for me atleast:
  • Came in different variations to choose from, with black interior being most common ;)
  • Have the superfast wheels type I love
  • their quality isn't any different than the ones Made In England! Pretty much a fact. I'm sure it also applies to the ones currently produced aswell.

Really nice models, racingfreak, and you are quiet right with your opinion about the quality!
For some time I think about also collecting bulgarian SF - would be a good Option :!:
And nearby we should convince motorman to join us, yeah :?:

Come on, Alex, don't be shy! Admit that you are hiding some BGs somewhere in your dark cellar, and you go there, bring them upstairs after pulling the curtains and you gladden you
