Difficult to say what chassis No. this one is, because both the R-R Grille and registration plate are missing...

This reminds me of a hare-brained scheme to mount two jet engines on a railway flat truck and use the hot exhaust to blow/melt snow and ice from the tracks. There is even some
newsreel film of this Heath Robinson device!
As you can see, although the engines proved effective at removing snow and ice, they were equally effective at removing the ballast! Needless to say, the experimental design was not taken any further.
Unfortunately, I don’t know if theywere Rolls Royce engines (but I’m sure Kevin will).

The Two engines look like early 'Derwent' Turbojets and the saying..."A sledge hammer to crack a walnut" springs to mind...
