The modelcar exhbition was a great succes with 14.000 visitors.
Dutch 3 inch Club member Remco Reijsen has a more proffesional way of taking pictures and visited the exhbition in the weekend of aug 1st.
Remco took many photos of my cabinet including the backside of the cabinet which showed all the boxes belonging to the models on the cabinet.

Later that day we met 2 friends of Gary, Andrew and Tony.
The NAMAC staff told me that on some days there were between 700 and 1.000 visitors !
Tony on the right, Andrew left of him. I am on the left and Gary is right of me.
We spent the whole day at the museum.
I went by train to Amersfoort with Gary to view the rest of my collection here.
We then met up again with Andrew and Tony again and had a walk through the old city centre and a nice dinner at an Italian restaurant.
3 of us had Lasagna and Tiramishu as a desert !
After the dinner Andrew and Tony also wanted to see my collection so we did. I live very nearby the restaurants.
A nice long evening before they went to their hotel in Houten for the swapmeet there the next day.
I didn't atend Houten myself as I went on holliday for a week WITHOUT Matchbox, a computer, a phone or even a watch..
