Unfortunately, in my book at least, that means that it is almost certainly a fake.

Moving on, could you provide a photograph of the whole of the yellow Miura's baseplate please?

Here is a picture of the yellow Miura's baseplate, as well as some photos of it with a couple of my other yellow RW Miuras.

The Miura on the left is a different shade of yellow than most Miuras, might have been poor quality control for that batch. It is much darker than usual, despite being a normal casting. The Miura in the middle is the typical yellow hue. The Miura on the right (the one in question) has much glossier paint than usual. The shade of yellow falls somewhere between the 1st and 2nd Miura in terms of darkness.
