If it was a choice between this and my pre pro thunderbird, thunderbird no question as my find of the year,as for hiding in the trays when it arrived it was like a lucky dip,all the models were mixed and with polystrene peanuts ,when i came across this model i thought ,some kid named mathew as put a label on his lorry, didn,t give it a second look till much later,(was still looking for the missing gem),so when the penny dropped about this model i checked the site listing and thought well not so bad after all :D

This is a find of the year for MOKOSEX and a find of the year all for us. I am glad that this beauty found its new home, and I hope one day I will have one too...

Congrats.

Cheers, Peter

It was 100% pure luck, there was no indication at all in the photo so i can,t take any credit for this find,,if there had been a better photo of it i am sure someone would have realised and bid it up further, and more luck was the condition so apart from the gem i was after being missing ,i did alright so karma strikes again. :D

That is nice - and in great condition too! Does anyone know more about Matthews?

I've lost track - have we found the missing gem? It's obviously not this lovely AEC.

Heres a link to matthews
http://www.matthewsgroup.co.uk/

I bid on this lot because i thought i could see a gem that could be worth a lot of money,it didn,t come with the lot and it was probably stolen,no one has named the missing gem, although the maker and "model" have been mentioned early on but not together
