Bracelet charms are more likely to have a small metal ring at the rear of the car for attatching to the main bracelet chain. You will have noticed it is on the roof of my ''FAB 1'' model. Tie-pins tend to have a spike cast to the bottom of the car which when passed through the material is hled in place with a metal clasp or clip.

If yours has no evidence of either of those fittings it is impossible to say what or why it was made. Two other slightly less plausible reasons for it's existance...

1, It may be from a board game similar to Monopoly.
2, It may be a from an Architecture's town planning set of vehicles, but these are usually made of resin, not plated.

Re Diecast Collector mag with our friend Ghostbuster article...BE AWARE !!...Just bought Mays and its not in.It must be in Aprils edition...I know its April now but these mags tend to be in the shops a month early.The one in the shop that was sealed with a copy of Collectors Gazzette was 6.99 cause it had a free extra mag in it..Go figure...Real price not sealed... wait for it.....£4.10.........Over seas buyers stipulate you want the April edition or be disapointed.. :oops: :oops: :roll:

I was looking through an edition for April at todays Beaconsfield toy fair looking for the article and low and behold, it was not in there, so May it is, is that right Alex.
