I have the real thing, Mica once said they knew of 8 of these around.
Not meant for Early Lesney but many collectors put those models in.
The 40 Years book has a photo on page 206 with rare Models of Yesteryear models in it.
The display is from 1958 I think and not earlier, see photo in the leaflett with the boxes stored in this and on the 2nd photo Steve post you can read there were already 60 1-75 models in the range.
I think the leaflet Steve has is even rarer then the display.
Just left on this photo of my presentation at the 1st MECA meeting in Aachen, Germany.
And in my room (photos made in 2013)
