Nice honest models there, personally I would leave the tanker in original condition.

Essentially I am with "Johnboy" regards the tanker. Is there any decal on the rear and in what condition is it.

No decal left whatsoever, other than a tiny bit of dirty residue from the label.

Thank's for the additional picture. If you had access to an original decal, you might consider putting that on the model, but by putting on a modern replacement will not really do much for the model, it will be seen by most collectors as a new decal.
Occasionally an original model can be found with it's decal trying to fall off where it was not secured correctly in the first place (quite possibly why so little is left of yours), this would be OK to put on your model as we think nothing of replacing tyres with originals.

I agree with Ghosty, to put a brand new decal on the rear of the tanker would detract from its originality. I would leave it as is and enjoy it on your display. Nice piece.

Thanks for the advice guys, I think you're probably right.
Some more great finds today! And no, I did not break my $10 budget with either of them, including shipping!

Two very presentable models for very little Money, excellent additions to your collection Logan. It seems the regular wheel models in the '1-75 Series' range are good value for Money at the moment, as several forum members are securing good models for some really good affordable prices.

I like the Jennings Cattle Truck, always have done. These are both models you can enhance (just add horses).

A couple new arrivals today. First, a transitional MG in decent shape. I made a pretty convincing custom one last year, but it's nice to have a real one!! Turns out my custom is a bit darker than the real thing. I guess it is the same shade as the Cortina transitional, isn't it?

Here's my custom one:

And a subset of Matchbox collecting that I really enjoy, catalogs! The cover isn't attached on this one, but it's in great shape otherwise and was quite cheap.

Catalogues are great accessories to collections and my collection still survives from when I obtained them in the 1960's, 70's and 80's, I would not get rid of them for love nor Money!
