Hi John,

With a very keen eye if you are up for a challenge you can find this in the 1970 issue G-4 Truck Superset. :D..... A little bit harder to spot online though.

Hi Alex, the origin of mine was the UK ( in giftset) but know what you mean about individuals in USA especially given the many hundreds (understatement) of 21d’s I have too looked at.
