The evidence we have from box art and other advertisements suggests that the artists engaged by Lesney drew exactly what they had in front of them. Since he had the time to draw the actual road signs, surely adding a few stripes wouldn't have been an issue?GHOSTHUNTER wrote:...or the artist just found it too fiddly to represent the stripes!
