That's what I was talking about. I have one or two somewhere in my collection.

Hi Tito, any chance you can post a few pictures of models in your collection, especially "FAB 1", I am a total fanatic of "FAB 1" and love seeing what other collectors have.

I will try and get a couple of "FAB 1" models together from my own collection and post the pictures here.

Hi Ghost:

I will look for them. I believe I have a Dinky, some Matchbox and Hot Wheels. I will look in my garage, which is filled with my old model train gear.

I just finished "restoing" a BP Autotanker (I mention this because it was so prevalent in "Andersonland.") Also, I would like to take a couple of BP Bedford tankers #25 and make them into a tandem tanker. I saw this on episode of Thunderbirds. See relevant picture below. I want to fashion some kind of tow hook, but looks like Mike Trim (or whoever was doing the model work) just glued or taped the two cars together. They were on-screen so briefly, it did not matter.

I have lost track of how many forums bring up the subject of Matchbox models spotted in Gerry Anderson shows. It is a good idea making duplicates of vehicles seen in the episodes and I notice someone on the forum in your link is unsure what the Two White Ambulance models are, I believe they are the #38 Vauxhall Victor estate cars suitably dressed-up to look futeristic!

Only Four of the many versions of the 'IMAI' plastic kits that were made from the late 1960's to 2002 when 'AOSHIMA' took over the production and disrtibution of all the Imai Gerry Anderson kits.

There just Two Corgi models and Two Dinky models here.

The first Two I can not remember who makes them but they are light Pink and darker Pink, then there is a model from 'YUJIN' and then the 'KONAMI' again.

The models in these Two pictures are what I managed to get hold of from storage, there are others that I will try and get at a later date.

Very nice Ghosty, but I think you've really got a fixation for Lady Penelope and it's nothing to do with the Roller. Here's an unusual one:

Thank's Johnboy, yes, it is an excuse I use just to collect pictures of Her Ladyship... :D

Thank's for the link with the slot-car, it is one of the later 'IMAI' kits he has used, it does lend itself nicely to being converted to slot-car operation, sadly my own slot-car club is no longer, so I have not made one of these myself, I just keep my Imai kits as kits.

Ironically, the FAB 1 model built for the series was also a "slot car." Very nice thread.

Thanks Ghosty and others.
