You have got it backwards Ghosty, only the first tan models have that base. All blue ones have the last type base.

No worries. I look at a lot of tan ones for this as I accidentaly traded one off to a forum member here thinking I had 2.

It's the earlier casting without patent-number in a 1st issue box.
