Hello Alex,
I also had the gold coloured DB5, but sadly it got well played with, so one day I decided to repaint it into a normal road car version, in metallic red and I sealed up the opening ejector seat roof panel and stopped the other functions working.

Don't know where it is now, probably went with all my other stolen models

One day I hope to put another good example back into my 'Non Rolls-Royce collection',

Hi Ghosty

These Donald duck comics was the most sold magasin for kids in 60s and 70s. People never throw them out, they are often to find in vacation homes and recycling shops. I had trouble finding the old ones the last 2-5 years, a good 60s example can cost around 20£ But I buy them in bulks and then I get them cheap. The adds first came in the comics in the late 60s so with 60 comics a year I still have some to search :-) There is a shop here in Copenhagen that sells collection for one whole year. One year in the 60s is 50£, I might try to hackle him a bit.

Hi there DrJazz,

I think you're onto a winner there, try and get as many as you can and you may be able to pass them around the forum for other members interested in them.

Bulk purchasing is always going to benefit the buyer, so yes, tackle him on pricing, good luck with that.

Thanks for coming back with your posting,

Ghosty.
