Thanks guys, I would never have got that in a million years - the spotting skills are definitely in need of some honing. Back on ebay I go :D

Now thats an excellent find Ewan. The jaffa and especially the RW Muira. Both ones I have not found.

Ewan what sharp eyes you have! If the condition of that RW#33 is as good as the image suggests then this could be a superb buy. Dont forget to post some images when you receive it. Well done.

Thanks guys :D
It was a big bit of luck on my part tbh, the main listing pic was one of these annoying 'overhead shots' some sellers use where you can see 18 roofs and nothing else. The second pic was the one I've already posted and I should give motorman some credit here, his recent postings of Jaffa and Wildcats have kept them fresh in my mind (I do like the Wildcats though). I dismissed the Miura as possibly a SF with bent back axle until I checked the last photo when I clicked it was RW minus a tyre. Checking EVERY pic is a habit I got into quite recently after buying a very nice VW1200 - the last pic was the only one that showed the missing engine cover.....

Still didn't think I'd get it though, someone had already placed the start bid of £4 and when that happens I lose 9 times out of 10. I can only guess that the person who placed the bid didn't spot the Miura as I waited till the dying seconds to bid my entire PayPal balance of £13.06, and won it for £4.20! Here's a pic showing the other side of the Lambo - I'll take decent pics when it all arrives.

Ewan you have won a watch mate!!!.....or should i say a rather cheap RW Muira that will, if you decide to sell it, allow you to bid on many more job lots should you decide to do so.

All in £4.20 well spent....You will get that back and more no bother selling the labelled Jaffa. Great deal mate! :D

Dont forget to get some images of the Muira on board once you receive the post. It really beggars beleif that so many sellers just list a job lot without having researched the cars they are selling..........LONG MAY IT CONTINUE, THEIR LOSS OUR GAIN!! :D :D :D :D

Very nice catch Ewan. Many of my goodies have come the same way, (job-lots, poor photos etc.) Long may it continue :D

Congratulation Ewan, I am not so versed in Regular Wheels, but the Miura is really a great find :!:
My interest refers to the Jaffas...I'm frankly envious

Well the first lot has arrived, and here's the reason I went for it. Code 23 Commer Ice Cream van with the cream body and striped decals. Although the paint is pretty poor I'm still glad to have it as the decals aren't too bad and it is a favourite, the best combination of colour and decals on the Commers in my opinion. I would also reckon it's pretty easily overlooked when buying online.

This turned out to be quite a good lot for me, filling another 9 gaps in the collection. I cannot find the 19d Lotus in the variation table and this time it has nothing to do with axle rings so I'll look into it a bit further......
