If you scroll down the listing, you will see two tabs "Description" and "Postage and Payments". They are on the left. Opposite them, on the right, just above the item no. you will see "Print" and "Report item". Click on the latter and, in the new screen that opens, select "Listing practices" in the first box, "Fraudulent listing activities" ion the second, and "You suspect that a listing is fraudulent" in the third. This should yield the pop-up phrase "This listing has items being sold without the owner;s authorisation". (That was the most appropriate reason for reporting the listing I could find.) Then click "Continue" and follow the instructions.
Although I am under absolutely no illusions whatsoever that it will do any good, it did make me feel better!

It has already been said but that is indeed one of Gary's E-bay accounts.
He has already been called out for what he is, I guess he is just continuing to prove what he is.

I now have confirmation that the Ebay account ("allthingsvintagejoanne") belongs to Jo-Anne Fielding, who seems to receive PayPal payments on Garry's behalf. I have therefore just sent Garry the following e-mail using her address:

"Dear Garry,
I am extremely disappointed in you.
I am sure you will recall that, right at the end of last year, you sold me an open-toe 7c on Nick’s forum. For whatever reason, the model never arrived with me in Wales and, credit where credit is due, you refunded me the whole of the purchase price without any problems (for which my thanks). However, what you appear to have forgotten is the way the matter was closed: the agreement was that should the 7c ever arrive with me in Wales, I would return the purchase price to you and, similarly, should the 7c be returned to you, you would honour our initial agreement and sell it to me for the agreed price.
Imagine my disappointment then, when I discovered my model being sold by Jo-Anne Fielding (the person who received and then refunded my PayPal payment) on Ebay as a BiN (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/lesney-matchb ... 258c802b72) at a price far in excess of what we agreed.
If you have so much as one ounce of decency in your body, you will cancel the listing and send the model to me as per our agreement. (You have my address.) If you don’t, then I am afraid that I cannot be held responsible for the resultant further damage to your already tattered reputation.
As you know, not having firsthand experience of the various allegations and claims which have been made against you, I have always been prepared to give you the benefit of the doubt and treat you as I would any other collector, solely on the basis that there are two sides to every story. I sincerely hope that you will demonstrate that my faith in you has not been misplaced, and that the model will be with me before the end of the month. You have my word that once I have the model in my hands, Jo-Anne will be paid the agreed sum by PayPal within 24 hours. If you do decide to do the correct thing and show the World very publically that you are indeed a man of your word, please send the parcel with a tracking number this time, and I will reimburse you the additional cost.
Yours sincerely,
Hugh"

I'll keep you all posted on (non-)developments!

I have already received a reply from Ms. Fielding which reads as follows:
"Hello , I have to say but after speaking to Garry tonight on the phone he has exploded about this blackmailing type of message . When I read this bit "" If you don’t, then I am afraid that I cannot be held responsible for the resultant further damage to your already tattered reputation"" he went off and I could hear him smashing things .
He said you all can f off because of something about him on there . I will not pass anything else onto him . I will not be put at risk both physically or financially over this stupid stuff. Whatever is on there about him makes him very violent.
Further more ,we are no longer a couple so I do not wish to contact him anymore . He has left things here to sell to put towards his monthly child support . I am just selling them .Sorry . JF"

How much of the above is actually true, and how much is a smokescreen, I have no way of knowing. I have now asked Ms. Fielding for Garry's E-mail address so that I can write to him directly.

Wow! The situation now sounds even worse for our friend Gary! His BIN will never happen at that price, it is just not that valuable of a variation. I will contribute 10 pounds to see this settled in your favor Idris, but who has physical possession of your Refuse Truck now, he or she? Don't bother with any notes to him, bribe her with some 'extra' cash if he is really 'Out' and it is just between you, her, and the kids who need the support (?).......kwakers (This may become a Forum Soap Opera if any of this latest is true.......LOL)

Wow Hugh

What a desperate situation,it sounds like Ms Jo Anne Fielding may have major Domestic problems if her reply has any element of truth to it.

Maybe it is time to forget this whole sordid affair and move on, in the knowledge that you have conducted yourself in a professional manner throughout.
