I like Roger's idea of photographing the book with the collection or with Matchbox models around it. Anyone else want to carry this on in a separate thread?

Here was I bemoaning the fact others in NZ had received their copies of Nick's book and I was still waiting for mine..... when in walked the Postman (his name is NOT Pat!) with my copy. I've just finished reading it from cover to cover - excellent read and I learned a couple of things I didn't know about the 1-75 series. Well worth the read!
BTW mine also appears to be an early printing with the mention of "Hotwheels dragsters" on the back page.

If I needed one book to explain the fascination of our collecting hobby to someone, this would be it.
Beautifully laid out, well explained and with great accompanying photographs.
Well done Nick and to all those others who were involved - fantastic job.
It even fits in perfectly with my display.

What a super display Rodger, so many rares, I am impressed.
I'm getting ready for Sandown, I only have about 30 copies of the book left but I should have another 50 delivered on friday to mums place in clacton, I will be up early tomorrow to meet my sister in colchester and visit mum who is back in hospital, from there it is back to clacton with my sis, wait for the book delivery and then up at the crack of dawn to catch the london train for sandown, there are quite a few forum members planning on attending so it should be a good turnout for us, see you all there those of you that can make it, I'll be taking my camera so hopefully I should be able to take lots of pics.
