I can't remember how long it's been going, around two years I think. For some people it's more convenient than sending via a Post Office or courier. Also if you know you wont be home to receive items that need to be signed for or are too large to fit the letter box, then collecting them at a designated store can be useful for some. The buyer receives an email when their item is ready to collect and they have a limited time to retrieve it. If you search online there have been some problems with the system but I've not personally used it to know much more.

I've picked up from Argos and it was very easy for me as its only down the road..You still pay postage though..Obviously with Kevin it will be very cheap as he will be bidding on all my stuff..Way hay.....Big parcel.
