Another problem I have and it has only become clearer to me Today, I am living out my life inside my head, where the last 58 Years of my life has been stored including all my experiences of life and the memories they have left and of course Dad was a major part of it all. Only occasionally am I connecting with the real World outside my head. When I come onto the forum it helps bring me outside of all that and enables me to do my hobby, but eventually I go back to my inner World.
