a bargain I would jump at - that metallic red is my favourite colour for diecast and its interesting just how many Dinkys made 1969-1970 were recoloured metallic red then -the colour was very much in fashion with red enamel out.
I put up the black display units, which helped when people are on the couch. The rest of the room needs to be redone though as I am running out of room until I do.
WOW! some collection you have there Ford_a_30. An excellent selection of Matchbox and mixed other 'Brands', I have suddenly become quite jealous of some of our members...!
Thank you all for the kind words. Many of the other collections here put my little room to shame but I do enjoy sitting on the couch surrounded by my toys, reading the forum. More then once I have climbed up the back of the couch to compare a model being discussed.
You paint a nice picture and I can Imagine you surrounded by your "Toys" and your dear Wife shouting at you...Chris! your tea's getting cold!!!, great stuff!
