Now, the weather.

As we approach the end of the Year and the dredded colds are lurking just round the corner, here is some good news. The 'VBD Times' has had a very successful year and so we thought we would help out the less healthy amongst us, with a new model based medical department.

We will be holding day and night surgeries for the minor ailments and discomforts and an on-sight Doctor will attend to the serious model inflicted problems.

So, starting this coming Weekend, Dr Ghosty will be on hand to help sort out those tiring model problems and giving giudence to those who require special model treatment.

So don't be shy all you Men who normally shy away from your little 'Man Flu' situations, now's the time to come in and relax, and tell the Doctor all about it, he may just prescribe the right models for you.

The weather now and it looks good but chilly in the South, wrap-up well or you will be seeing Doctor Ghosty before you know it...!

Just off the press.............Rumours are spreading of a massive fraud involving a so called Rolls Royce expert. It would appear that a regular poster on this Forum is nothing but a leach, sponging of genuine experts in the field and portraying himself to be an expert in the field of Rolls Royce. It would also appear that the vast majority of articles and comments posted by this fraud have been plagiarized......witnesses describe the suspect as tall and thin driving a yellow roller with daimonte trim.....last seen driving at high speed towards the Channel Tunnel. Police are requesting witnesses to come forward. A reward is on offer!!

I have alerted the French authorities on this side of the Channel.
I was informed, that as they were all out of road-spikes, that they have strewn corkscrews all over the exits, in an effort to stop this madman. ( but of course they opened their wine first)

NEWSFLASH Police have now confirmed that a male seen loitering near the bins in the rear yard of the Waitrose near Dover has been interviewed and eliminated from their enquiries as hecwas sober and has been reunited with a rather pathetic looking man who insisted he was the mans best friend who rather coincidently was called marmaduke. Police decided to disegard the fact that both were seen to drive North in a recently resprayed RollsRoyce being chased by a pack of hounds.

A request has been made for the clean-up (removal)of a certain emoticon which has appeared on Mikes look what I just got page. Apparently the emoticon depicts some sort of unsanctioned, Trial Olympic Sport.

More than a few would be "relieved"

England is proud of it's Qaint customs and silly little 'By-Laws' like not being allowed to park on flat Grass verges between certain hours of the Day. One of the 'VBD Times' researchers has unearthed another odd 'By-Law', in as much that any model collector holding One or more Firenza models has to share with a fellow collector, Man or Woman, doing the deal at Midday on a Sunday while a James Bond film is playing on TV.

At first we here in the office just laughed, but then it was made clear to us there is a collector on the 'VBD Forum' with TWO Firenza model cars and so we feel obliged to point out to Him or Her, that they are going to have to share it or even gift One of them to a fellow collector, but to keep in-line with the 'By-Law' we will send a Photographer to witness the moment. What we need now is a fellow collector, Male or Female to arrange a meeting at Midday on a Sunday and hope the right film is on telly...!
