My own toy fair (the Windsor International in Windsor, Berks), is sheduled to go ahead on Saturday 29th September.

Early entry from 9.00am
Public entry from 10.30am (unless the weather is foul then early entry will happen!).
Free entry after 2.00pm
Free entry to forum members.

Tables are £33 for a standard size tressle and you get a free back up of the same size so essentially 2 for the price of 1.

Toilets very close to the hall and there is an excellent cafeteria in reception.

We also have easy access for wheelchair users.

I've always felt that it's bad planning on Barry Potter's part. Having Maidenhead on the Saturday and the NEC on the Sunday means that the majority of the stock at the NEC will already have been pawed over by collectors the day before, therefore reducing the chances of finding anything interesting.
Surely it would be better to have a period of several weeks between the meets?

In ideal world yes. Windsor's dates have been set in stone for many years at the end of January and September and the club members are so famaliar with them we are reluctant to change them. The middle date in June/July is not being planned for 2019.
