I have just added an early 'Superfast' #24 Rolls-Royce to my collection with narrow wheels displaying these numbers...

The front wheel mould numbers are...41G and 26H, Solid, NO treads.
The rear wheel mould numbers are...13G and 47G, Solid, NO treads.

I now have access to another early 'Superfast' #24 Rolls-Royce, with the 'Trim Strip', but with the 'Opened Up' rear-arch displaying these numbers...

The front wheel mould numbers are...E 01 and E7, both Solid with treads.
The rear wheel mould numbers are...E 01, Solid with tread and F14, Hollow with tread.

Yes John, rather interesting don't you think. You have one of those if I remember on a Rolls-Royce.

Yes, it is interesting. Mine is pictured in the 'My 2014 Superfast finds' thread.

Another hollow, treaded 'F' mould wheel and on a 24c Rolls too.
Here is mine, rw red with opened up arches
F3 + F7 solid rears no treads
F24 hollow no treads and F38 hollow with treads

standard thin wheel SF24
E03 , 5D both solid with treads on rear
35H solid no treads,E04 solid with treads on front

I have a rw body example that came from Tim,clearly old stock body used to finish later production run , with all 4 wheels hollow with no treads
rear M2 + M21
front M9 + M31 or 37

The number 24 has all hollow wheels. front- M12,M15 rear-M1,M40.
