The clear 'Blister' looks too clear for me and I am sure it should not have such sharp corners, easily going to snag children's skin if the 'Blister' corners were to raise up from the backing card, which they most likely will looking at the inadequate heat-sealing to the card.

Yes, I noticed that too. I have my doubts. (I don't think I've ever heard of any Castrols coming in a blister pack.)
