Hi,

two more code 3 finished today.
The Unimog was a must have after I saw one in this forum.
The grit spread truck is a bit pale bud somehow I like it.

Hi,

her some pics of a restored AEC Coach.
The front of the bus was a little bent (maybe caused by crosswinds?) but I fixed it.
The colour is a bit dark - maybe I should stick some Royal Airforce Labels on it :-)

I like the 'Stude', much better colour choice than the Lesney original.

You're certainly giving Tinman some great competition. Your latest models look excellent.

What we need is a "Custom Off" were forum members provide our resident customisers with a pre-determined model number, with instruction to produce a code 3 to a certain specification as decided by the forum members.

Our customisers then have a month to produce their custom before presenting it to the forum to see who wins the most votes. Of course there will be NO prize other than the adjulation and adoration of your fellow forum members. Just a thought ;)

Yes, I think this is a great fun Quiz and fully back it, I won't be one of the official 'Customizers' though.

Hi,

I would like to take part of this quiz but I do not think that one month is enogh time because I don´t have boxes full of beaters.
I first had to look in Ebay or somewhre else to find the right model, wait for delivery, perhaps looking for spare-parts etc.

No problem Stephan. This is just an idea at the moment nothing has been formalised. I just think it would be very interesting to see what you guys come up with if given the same model and design spec!!

When we have a couple of designated 'Customisers', they will each post news of when they each have the model in their possession, that way they can start the project together on our say-so.
