I have simply put a Scart cable from the back of one of my 'Hard-drive' recorders, which is Digital 'Freeview', into the VHS, I can now record Digital TV onto VHS tapes, of which I have hundreds of the things, job done :P

Ghosty.
Ghosty,

Please tell me you haven't taped over "Debbie Does Dallas"??????

All your VHS videos must be marked up properly..I have a gardening section and my age old copy of "Deadly Weapons" is clearly marked as " Rumageing through the bushes with Alan Titmarch"...... :o

When I lived in Leicestershire, that is exactly the problem I had.
Our regular postman couldn't be bothered to write the 'there is an undelivered parcel waiting for you at the sorting office' cards, so he would litterally force pacels through the letterbox.
In the end I had to resort to requesting sellers to write "FRAGILE" on their parcels.

On this side of the ditch:

Bananas $2.99/kg - surprises me they're cheaper here, given how many are grown in Aussie.

You'd be lucky to find lamb of any sort under about $15/kg - mostly it is over $20/kg.

Petrol is around $2.20/litre this week I think - it's been a long time since it was under $2.

Cheese - lucky to find anything much under $10/kg.

NZ$1 = around 87c Australian last time I looked.

Old Matchbox much cheaper - I was selling some the other day at $1 or $2 each. Last one I bought was $8 including box...

Well off topic...

Cheers,
Gavin
