What a bizarre album!
Looks like early 1970 regular wheels / Superfast, including a lime green Lincoln Continental with regular wheels at the bottom of the photo!

I think the album, or at least the singles from it were issued in 1970, which fits. I have this album, so will try and dig it out and get a clearer pic of the Lincoln.
