I saw this post and noticed the slip of paper is addressed in Ontario Canada. In all my years of collecting (in Ontario) I haven't seen this before. Well, this week, I picked up a local collection of old store stock regular wheels. When opening up all the boxes, I found that two of them have similar inserts. Pretty cool!
