One thing I have noticed since the photo resizing, there is no clue now as to how many people have viewed each post which did give some indication of interest.

Having just Googled it, hover over the thumbnail and it will tell you the file name, the file size, and the number of views.

Mission accomplished, I locked this thread so it too will go the way of the dinosaurs.
