Yeah, you know how it goes. Certain models just accumulate.
You buy a box of models and it always contains an Impala.
The Spot On Bentleys are also in that group.

I now want to do an Impala only taxi rank, with two companies competing.

Back to Steve Flowers (and the thread for that matter) - it can only be a matter of weeks. Or decades.
You never know with the head buffoon changing what little mind he has to begin with several times every day.
Today they published a list of countries coming from which you won't need to self isolate for 14 days, which contains every country I have ever heard of except the USA.
They didn't say a word about what if you came from one of these countries the past few days and thus are still enjoying your fortnight of house arrest.
All that so called government achieved so far is senseless actionism, alienating the population, leading Europe in negative numbers and clapping their hands,
one of which having developed a significant amount of cornea since the lockdowns started.
It could be seen as being hilariously pathetic if not so many people lost their lives over it, so I would even understand if Steve ordered his staff to stay at home and suspending orders regardless what the ever changing doctrine currently is.

Amen to that..With me it was Land Rovers so I sold them all ,then it was Moko prime movers I now have 6,and every time I look in the "To do draw" all I keep seeing is Dinky Transits.They certainly made a lot of those..

Re the virus.I would of thought that running a spare parts dept for us hermits around the world would have been an easily sorted situation but lets consider how many of us are locked down stripping,fettling,spraying and recoding our favorite diecasts and how many spare parts we must be ordering and getting through..Makes you think hey?

You will never believe this, but I even resorted to dig into my stash of plastic model kits I haven't touched for a quarter century.
How is that for culture in the making, chaps?

I broke down and made a parts order from the only guy left still accepting orders and shipping overseas; Tony Howden at RecoverToy.  No sooner than I place the order than I get an auto generated email that he's at least two weeks behind at even answering emails and looking at orders.  When he does see my order, will he even still have the parts in stock?  Then there's the long wait for the stuff to go half way around the world on some banana boat (which is how all shipping seems to be traveling since the Covid virus). So, I guess all my future customs and restorations will be incomplete except for a few older models that just need paint and nothing else.
